We are constantly expanding our product range to ensure that you always have access to the latest technologies for your construction project. Our four main insulation solutions:
- TVD IsoSeal: High-performance, vapor-tight insulation. It acts as a highly efficient insulating layer that is particularly effective when used under our electric floor heating system.
- TVD IsoVent: Our breathable thermal insulation for facades. It protects the building envelope like a second skin, is vapor-permeable, and effectively prevents mold growth.
- TVD IsoClear: The invisible, eco-friendly all-purpose waterproofing treatment. It preserves the appearance of porous surfaces such as natural stone or wood and protects them from water, oil, and graffiti.
- TVD PVShield: A self-cleaning, ultra-thin protective film for photovoltaic panels that increases energy yield and reduces maintenance requirements.

TVD IsoSeal – vapor-tight thermal insulation
IsoSeal is a silicone-based liquid ceramic coating that forms an extremely durable, vapor-impermeable film once dry.
- Thermal conductivity: 0.0010 watts per meter per Kelvin (a 1-mm layer replaces approximately 60 mm of conventional insulation).
- Application: Ideal as insulation under underfloor heating to prevent heat loss downward and improve efficiency.
- Special feature: Prevents condensation and corrosion on metal surfaces.
- Warranty: At least a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty.
TVD IsoVent – Breathable Thermal Insulation
This innovative liquid insulation is the ideal solution for facades where conventional ETICS systems would be too thick.
- Insulation performance: A layer just 1 mm thick provides the same insulation as 60 mm of polystyrene (WLS 040).
- Historic Preservation: Ideal for historic buildings, as the exterior appearance remains unchanged despite effective insulation.
- Properties: UV-resistant, non-combustible (Class A2), and vapor-permeable (“breathable”).
- Operating temperature: Safe for use from −60 °C to +120 °C.
TVD IsoClear – Eco-Friendly All-Purpose Waterproofing
IsoClear is a sustainable, water-based, high-performance waterproofing treatment for nearly all porous surfaces.
- Appearance: Completely transparent, no film formation, no shine—the original appearance of the material is preserved 100%.
- Protective properties: Protects against water, oils, chemicals, beverages, urine, and graffiti.
- Substrates: Suitable for concrete, natural stone, ceramic, wood, and brick.
- Cost-effectiveness: Reduces heat transfer at the surface and lowers maintenance costs.
TVD PVShield – Protective coating for PV panels
A transparent, superhydrophilic film that measurably improves the cost-effectiveness of your solar system.
- Increased yield: Increases light transmission by reducing reflection by 19%; this results in an increase in electricity yield of approximately 3% to over 8%.
- Self-cleaning effect: Significantly reduces the buildup of dust, sand, and dirt particles.
- Resource conservation: Reduces the need for water, cleaning chemicals, and labor costs for maintenance.
- Durability: The average service life is approximately 10 years.
